Here is what I prepare each Sunday. 6 days of green smoothie ingredients for our breakfast drink for the week. Guy and I drink almost 30 ounces of this every morning. I blend it all up in our Vita Mix. The ingredients are: Spinach, Kale, Juice of 1 lemon, Pear (or apple), Banana, 1/8 of a fresh Pineapple, a chunk of fresh ginger, Parsley, 2 stalks of celery and a cucumber. It's crazy !!! The fruit helps make it palatable. If I die of cancer after drinking this "stuff" every morning, I'll be ticked off.

I really thought it tasted pretty good when I had it. I would love to do that. It's so good for you!
I might die of cancer just looking at that stuff. Yuck! =)
